Gift certificates can be picked up in studio, e-mailed or posted and are valid for 6 months after purchase date.

*Gift certificate number must be quoted at the time of booking and Gift certificate must be presented at the time of your visit.
*Gift certificates are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

APOINTMENTS
Please insure you arrive in time for treatments, as arriving late will deprive you of minutes from your time.

CANCELLATIONS
A 24 hour notice in cancelling your appointment is greatly appreciated. Services not cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a charge of half the service missed.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES POLICY
Products can be refunded/exchanged for valid reasons only.
*Products can only be refunded within 14 days of purchased and for products that have not been opened and with valid receipt.
*Products must be returned in the same condition, in original packaging and not damaged.
